We want you to love your Loop earplugs, which is why we offer a 100-day hassle-free return policy for all purchases made through our official store. If the fit or noise reduction isn't perfect for your lifestyle, you can return your items for a full refund within the eligibility window.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Place the earplugs and all original packaging, including the carry case and silicone ear tips, into a secure shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
